Softer-Than-Soft Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies

When your roommate’s mother sends homemade cookies, stop your uncontrollable drooling and fantasies of raiding his or her side of the mini-fridge and make your own. These saucers of peanut butter and chocolate rival any dining hall dessert and can be made in just 10 minutes. Plus, the easy-to-find and shelf-friendly ingredients leave little room for error.

And who isn’t looking for an excuse to procrastinate? Roomie’s Mom’s got nothing on you. Oh snap!

Add To Shopping Cart:1 cup flour1 cup peanut butter (chunky works best)1 egg, or 1 banana, or cup applesauce cup chocolate chips (optional) Proceed To Check Out:1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.2. GREASE COOKIE SHEET!!3. Mix all ingredients until well-blended.4. Drop small balls of mixture onto cookie sheet.5. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until browning around bottoms. (These cookies may not look done after 8 minutes, but they will burn if kept in longer). 6. Let set for at least half an hour. Will be melt-in-your-mouth soft.7. Enjoy!!
