Poll: Are you understanding of Mark Coyle’s rationale for leaving Syracuse?

Syracuse University’s Director of Athletics Mark Coyle left SU to take the same position at the University of Minnesota on Wednesday. The Syracuse community reacted on social media after Coyle spent just 11 months at SU, enough time to fire and hire a head football coach. Coyle leaving for UM surprised Dino Babers and Jim Boeheim.
At his introductory press conference at Minnesota on Wednesday afternoon, Coyle stressed that he “regret(s) the timing” of leaving Syracuse after less than a year. He also said he hopes Syracuse understands his rationale for leaving.
