Syracuse graduate Kamile Kralikaite will represent Lithuania at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the women’s pair event. Kralikaite and her partner, Ieva Adomavičiūtė, qualified last September by placing 10th at the 2023 Rowing World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia.

At SU, Kralikaite was a member of the Varsity 8 for all four seasons with the Orange. The V8 captured the ACC title in each of the last two seasons. Kralikaite was named to the All-ACC First Team three times with Syracuse and became a First Team All-American for the first time last season.

At the 2022 U23 World Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Kralikaite won a silver medal in the pair event with her then-Orange teammate Martyna Kazlauskaite. The Lithuanian duo finished six seconds behind first-place Greece in 7:04.3.

Kralikaite will compete at the Olympics in Paris, France, where she looks to add an Olympic medal to her resume. The heat races begin on July 28, with the finals scheduled for Aug. 2.
